I am extremely disappointed with the post-delivery service of this store. I purchased a leather bed (Domicil brand, Germany) from them about 1.5 years ago. Given the price and brand reputation, I expected a high-quality product that would last for several years. However, within this short time, the leather has started peeling off, which is completely unacceptable for genuine leather. Leather of this quality should not show such wear and tear in under 2 years. What’s even worse is their customer service. As soon as I raised a complaint about the deteriorating condition of the product, they completely stopped responding and even began ignoring my calls. It’s shocking and unprofessional to see a brand behave this way once the sale is done. Rebranding themselves from RelaxStudio to Casa Bianca doesn’t change the fact that they don’t stand by their products or offer any meaningful after-sales support. I would strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing from them.
